What is Christianity?

We love questions, and we would love to invite you to consider with us who Jesus is and what he came to do. If you are interested in finding out more about Christianity, here are a few ways we would like to help:

Hope Explored

HE 2023-web

Hope Explored is an informal and relaxed three-week course. It's for anyone who wants to find hope, peace, and purpose in life. It's run by ordinary Christian people local to you and is completely free. You don't need to know anything about the Bible, and you won't be asked to pray or sing. You can ask any question you like, or you can just sit and listen.

Whoever you are, whatever you're thinking, Hope Explored is a place for you to discover what the Bible says about the hope of a future that is better than you could ever imagine.

Christianity Explored

CE

We regularly run a 'Christianity Explored' course. Over seven weeks, we will look at a book of the Bible (the gospel of Mark) to find out first-hand who Jesus is and why he came. You don't need to know anything about the Bible, and you won't be asked to pray or sing! There will be space to ask any question you may have about the Christian faith: no question is too big or too small.

The Word One-to-One

Word-121

If you would prefer a one-to-one setting, you could meet regularly with a member of the church family to read through the gospel of John - an eyewitness account of the life of Jesus - guided by 'The Word One-to-One' notes. The notes don’t make any assumptions that you’ve read the Bible before or know what Christians believe.

Alternatively, feel free just to get in touch for an informal chat, or turn up to any of our Sunday morning meetings - we would love to welcome you!
